As someone who designs almost completely with WordPress, I have naturally found that the greatest part of my developing a Custom WordPress Theme resides in modifying the CSS in WordPress Themes to get the design I am looking for.  I am by no means an expert but I do know what works and what doesn’t!

After my 7th theme I have noticed that I am never quite satisfied with how they look when they are done.  You can almost always see that they have been messed with.  But after 6 or 7 hours of  “Modify CSS, Save, Refresh,” one can get kind of loopy.  I need a WordPress WYSIWYG or WordPress Theme Editor!

WordPress Theme Editor

As you can see my current WordPress Theme was developed with Artisteer.  The approximate design time using this WordPress WYSIWYG was 2 hours.  Keep in mind that I have only been using the program for 4 days!
